Processing & Fulfillment
Every Rhaani piece undergoes a rigorous quality assessment to ensure it meets our standards for brilliance and durability.
- Processing Time: Once your order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for our team to conduct these quality checks and prepare your shipment.
- Handled with Care: Your jewelry is securely packaged in our signature boxes to ensure it remains tarnish-free and protected during transit.
Delivery & Timelines
After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:
- Tier 1 Cities: 5-7 business days.
- Tier 2 Cities & Rest of India: 7-10 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or public holidays.
Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹9999
- For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹200 will be applied at checkout.
Tracking your Reign
Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s journey directly through our courier partner’s portal.
Address Accuracy
To ensure a seamless delivery, please double-check your shipping address and contact number before finalizing your order. Rhaani is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Undelivered Shipments
In the event that our courier partner is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to our studio. Our customer care team will then reach out to you to coordinate a re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).
